As Senior Vice President Operations for Buffalo Wild Wings, I led all aspects of day-to-day operations for 643 restaurants with annual revenues in excess of $1.9 billion. I created a top-performing team that delivered a 25% increase in KPIs, and increased EBIDTA by 27% in 12 months.

Formerly, as the VP Digital Innovation, I built the 3-year digital strategy roadmap identifying emerging technologies that delivered an immersive guest experience in the restaurant.

I began my career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, and in finance roles at General Mills and Best Buy, where I learned to see the big picture through the details. This experience led to many leadership positions in finance, marketing, technology, corporate and franchise operations where I continually look for ways to improve processes, systems and the organization for growth.

I believe a great team member experience creates a great guest experience through effort and attitude. These two actions can be controlled by any individual and they go a long way to personal and professional success.

Watching my entrepreneurial father, in technology reselling, I learned that hard work and a great attitude and creating long term relationship goes a long way to success. Experiencing him go through the highs and lows of entrepreneurship made me understand the importance of surrounding yourself with great people.

Attending the University of Notre Dame, where I majored in accounting and played Intercollegiate hockey, I learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and tenacity that informs my leadership today.
